We stayed at an Expedia VIP property, the perks were not offered by the Hotel, they informed us that these are not applicable to the Hotel Property. Overall the staff customer service level needs to be definitely improved. The Area around the property is decent some attractions such as the Mall, Little Asia are near by, also, the F1 Track for Jeddah is right across from the hotel which might be a benefit in the upcoming months.
Stay was good. However, many things related to customer service and amenities can be improved and enhanced.

"Nice hotel to stay at. Provides shuttle bus and drives are friendly. Sometimes the bus does come late.. but gets you to and from safely. Hotel staff are friendly."
