“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions.
RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall.
We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.).
We also booked the transportation……

“The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!”

“Nadie controlo la entrada, nadie en recepción. Solo pusieron sábanas para dos y éramos tres. No nos identificaron. No estaba en dirección que pone la página. Había cucarachas. Colchón dado completamente de sí, etc. FATAL.”

“I booked this apartment hotel for my parents, and they were extremely satisfied with their stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made their stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The hosts were also wonderful—very responsible, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. Whenever we had a request or needed something, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of.
My parents had a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent……
