Hotel is located in suburban area. From one side is cemetery, from another empty field and some abandoned construction. The only means of transportation is a taxi. There are no dining options around. You need to order food delivery or order from the only restaurant on site. Hotel property is surrounded by the tall fence, has security on site. You may feel safe over there. Hotel has pool, gym, billiards and play room for kids. Rooms are very spacious. It has fridge and teapot. Since hotel is old, toilet and shower doesn’t drain the water properly and gets clogged from time to time. As a welcome gift hotel gives bottled water and some tea in a room. Also , guests provided with bath robes, vanity kits, combs and toothbrushes. Every morning breakfast served between 9-11am. Pretty good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The center of Yerevan is about 30 mins away by cab and about 1600-2000 AMD. Overall, positive experience.

Our stay at the Dvin was nothing short of spectacular. The property feels new and well maintained. Much like the rest of this beautiful country, the hotel management has a sense of pride in keeping the amenities clean. Each morning we witnessed their impressive cleaning routine of the common areas. The property is a prime access point for walking the city. However, the real reason we will return is the relationships we built with the staff. At the end of our stay, hugs and tears were shed as we said goodbye. The heartbeat of this magical country is in sync with the wonderful humans beings that work at the Dvin.

Nice old restored building, boutique guesthouse feel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Location close to city centre.
