I would never return or recommend this hotel.....it is access free meaning nobody is there to assist you if they make a mistake.....sent wrong code to room.
So it took us 1.5 hours to get everything worked out then the back up room they put us in had no bath products..... the manager could not be bothered and the new employee was left to deal with it herself. Beyond poor service.
We were not the only ones who had difficulty getting into their pre-booked room. A family had to leave because they didn't assign them 2 night stay and every other hotel was booked solid.
Extremely disgusting treatment of a young family with a baby
As far our experience, we are still waiting for the refund from the so-called manager on the phone. He made promises he couldn't fulfill.
I think this place is for sale and current owners don't care whatsoever about their customers. It's a shame since it's a beautiful hotel with a very young vibe
