Location is very good for shopping.

The location is great. With full kitchen and washer and dryer is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights. Requested wake up call. Received an hour late. They forgot to call. Couldn’t have breakfast due to that as they had just closed. Room was supposed to have view and did not. Room was nice, clean and comfortable

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property. Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh).

The facility was lovely. The staff was not what one would expect. At 6pm after our arrival following a long day of driving, we were told there was no room for us to have a drink at the bar. The following morning, we sat so long for breakfast without having our order taken that we finally left without being served. Despite our flagging down the server after 20 minutes and letting her know that we were ready to order, we saw her do five different things including clean a table and seat a person elsewhere who had just arrived, so we left before she came to take our order.
