The service was great but had a couple of complaints.
Our room didnt seem properly cleaned was extremely dusty and had white stains on flooring.
The breakfast we paid forwasn't very nice, so much so that we barely ate it we had to spend money else where and cancelled it for the next day.
The tv in our room barely worked and was extremely annoying as had to constantly redownloaded the apps on it and log back in.
We thought we were paying for a room with a bath but had no bath. We very disappointed.
They advertise parking but then turns out its $70 extra a night after paying almost $1000 just for the room alone while you could park 20 m up the street and pay $40 for two days.
Would not stay here again.

We arrived a bit early and were able to check in and as a bonus were upgraded.
The room was on the third floor with a large patio. Positioned was excellent in a side street just off the Main Street. Walking distance to everything lots and lots of places to eat in the area. Walking distance to train station and the wharves and some of the sights. 5pm a drink and canapés at bar next door and a continental breakfast was included in the morning enough to start your day. In all a comfortable stay.
