The hotel is very well located, right next to the University of Dundee and within easy reach of both the train station and the city centre. The room was spacious and airy, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a great shower with plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good. The staff were helpful and kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a very good experience and thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting the University of Dundee or looking for a convenient location in the city.

We had a great weekend, good was great! Activities are always a hit with the kids. The only downside was, there is no air con in the rooms and it was very hot. The two fans in the room didn’t really provide much relief.

The room was basic but v comfortable and spotless. The food in the restaurant was superb with generous portions & staff all very friendly. Would definitely return if in the area.

Decent location next to the quay, room was spacious and clean. Hotel seems well run, staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and Saturday night was very noisy outside, lots of what sounded like road racing and drunken people! Sunday was quiet. Not a complaint about the hotel, it's a city centre hotel and Dundee is lively on a Saturday night, so to be expected. Restaurant nice, food reasonably good. Parking onsite is great and one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Overall a great choice for Dundee.
