“The appartment itself is clean and spacious. No complaint about that. My complaint is about the above neihgbor. It seems like there are children and they are very loud and up until midnight!! We can hear every footstep and they jump and throw things on the floor. We tried talking with them twice and they didnt answer the door. Very dispointing because the appartment is amazing. ”

“This was a HORRIBLE place to stay. We waited over an hour and 30-mins for the person to show up with the key and walk us through the apartment. We missed our dinner reservation which was a celebration. The apartment had 2 working heaters yet we used 3 bedrooms. There was a light blanket and sheet for the bed. The beds needed blankets! My children and I slept in our coats. In the middle of the night the heater went out. We called, messaged, and text the owner who did not return……
