Los Sotillos for 14 people

The Rural Apartment "LOS SOTILLOS" is located on the outskirts of the town of Arenas de San Pedro, capital of the Tiétar Valley and the South of Gredos. Its location on the outskirts of the town and its more than 2000 square meters of gardens and meadows allow an intimate and relaxed stay just one step from the center of the town, where we find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and all the wealth natural and arquietectónica of the locality.
The apartment has five double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a reading room, a kitchen and a living room with fireplace. Outside you can enjoy porch, barbecue, fountains and gardens and organic garden.

Alojamiento maravilloso

Maravilloso, un sitio sin escaleras con la comodidad de todo en planta baja, súper limpio y tenía de todo lo necesario para un encuentro familiar.,un jardín para disfrutar y zonas comunes muy amplias. El dueño súper amable, estoy muy agradecida porq fue un fin de semana especial

Un fin de semana estupendo

Hemos estado este fin de semana y nos ha gustado mucho. El sitio es muy agradable, con una finca enorme para el disfrute sobre todo de los niños pero también de los adultos. El lugar es muy fresquito ya que pasa un arroyo al lado de la finca. La casa es muy completa y está cerca del pueblo de Arenas de San Pedro. Se puede ir perfectamente andando. Esperamos repetirlo pronto.

El entorno, inmejorable. Las instalaciones, impecables (y el lavavajillas y la barbacoa, puntos fuertes). Buenísima relación calidad precio, el dueño es encantador y da muy buenas recomendaciones, aparte de facilitar cualquier gestión al máximo. Todo está muy limpio, hay espacio de sobra para 10 personas y todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar lo que quieras. El interior de la casa es muy práctico e independiente. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver todos pues la zona, además, frece muchas posibilidades de ocio.

Fantásticos días de agosto

Hemos pasado unos días inmejorables, todo lo que cuentan el resto de personas que se han alojado allí es cierto. El trato de Manuel es estupendo y atento. La casa está muy bien, pero sinceramente para nosotros lo mejor ha sido el jardín, el jardín y sus olores... tanto es así, que estuvimos oliendo planta por planta para ver de dónde provenía ese olor tan agradable. Finalmente, no pudimos averiguar exactamente qué era, porque era todo; el cesped, la menta, las violetas, los árboles.... . Bueno, y luego la vecindad: eso de tener a dos ardillas matutinas que se dejaban ver sin ningún tipo de pudor, no tiene precio la verdad. Fauna,flora, intimidad y tranquilidad sin salir del pueblo,dónde puedes encontrar todos los servicios, ya que la casa está muy bien situada. Nosotros se la estamos recomendando a todos nuestros amigos y conocidos porque cuando has estado unos días tan a gusto es importante ser solidarios.

Totalmente aconsejable.Fuimos un grupo de diez amigas y lo pasamos genial.El tratu de Manuel muy bueno,pendiente y sin dejar que falte nada.El jardin es perfecto sobretodo si hace buen tiempo ya que es bastante grande y puedes estar en el..Ni una sola pega. Manu volveremos!!

Agradecer a Manuel (propietario) el trato y la equipación de la casa que hizo pasáramos un fin de semana maravilloso junto a otros dos matrimonios con niños. Una casa ideal para familias, con un terreno muy amplio para todo tipo de juegos con los peques. Sin duda intentaremos repetir.

Estuvimos cuatro amigos pasando el fin de semana y lo pasamos muy bien, la zona muy tranquila, bonita y agradable. La casa estaba muy bien, estuvimos muy agusto, cómodos y no nos falto nada. Un lugar recomendable para disfrutar de una casa de campo y esta en buena compañía.

estuvimos un grupo de amigos y lo pasamos fenomenal

Estuvimos en mayo un grupo de amigos, la casa está fenomenal, tiene de todo, hicimos barbacoa en el jardín, está muy cerca de rutas de senderismo y a la vez del pueblo, rodeado de naturaleza. El jardín es inmenso, se puede hechar hasta un partido. Por la noche pusimos la chimenea, vamos, que un poco de todo. Lo pasamos fenomenal y estuvimos muy agusto.

Muy recomendable.

He disfrutado con mi familia de unos días de descanso en Los Sotillos, y hemos quedado muy satisfechos con la casa, con el entorno y sobre todo con el trato de los dueños. (Muy bien Manuel). Excelente el emplazamiento, pues está dentro del pueblo, pero con una privacidad y tranquilidad total gracias al excelente jardín que tiene. Ideal para descansar y hacer rutas por ese entorno tan maravilloso que es la Sierra de Gredos. La casa por sus condiciones es ideal para toda época del año. Excelente calefacción y una estupenda chimenea para invierno y estupendo el jardín con porche, con sus mesas, sus sillas y hamacas en el porche para disfrutar del exterior con el buen tiempo.
