Beautiful property however they have as a practice to turn off the a/c promptly at 11 p.m until 7 a.m. making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep specially now with the heat wave.

Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best.

Très bel hôtel bien que suivant le vent on entend le bruit de l’autoroute qui passe pratiquement devant l’hôtel…. Accueil très agréable, service impeccable, rare de voir 2 aussi belles piscines dans un hôtel. Bon restaurant. Par contre petit déjeuner très cher et nul. Il manque toujours quelque chose. Impossible d’avoir 1 yaourt alors qu’il figure sur la carte. Dommage

Perfecto para un fin de semana de descanso y relax. Instalaciones impecables, buen servicio, restaurante y cafetería muy agradable. Decoración con mucho gusto. La piscina genial aunque tiene pocas tumbonas y las sillas no son cómodas para leer y descansar.

La estancia fue muy buena. A destacar el servicio, la amabilidad del personal, la educacion, todo fenomenal. Sin embargo para ser un 5 estrellas tenia cosas que no correspondian a esta categoria como el suelo del baño roto, lavabo sin agua caliente y un monton de niños en la piscina saltando como si de una piscina municipal se tratara.

This was an amazing property. The service and the accommodations are very high-class and old world. Honestly if this hotel was located anywhere else it would cost ten times what it did. The staff took care of our every need. The suites were wonderful, the food was good, the room service, all the amenities in the room. The pool was gorgeous and is heated so can be used year round. In short, EVERYTHING about this property was wonderful.

El trato dentro del hotel fue impecable.La amabilidad,servicialidad...los detalles en la habitación.. La piscina climatizada ayuda completamente a relajarse. El único punto mejorable sería el servicio del bar...si que habia que esperar bastante a ser atendidos y hubo que recordar a los camareros alguna comanda pedida que habian olvidado.

Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est placé juste à côté de l’autoroute donc c’est l’idéal lorsqu’on ne fait qu’une petite étape. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien équipées. Seule petite remarque, la piscine est belle mais très froide.
