This hotel is seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, seriously! Rooms are very nice, quiet, and clean and staff is amazing. There are restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor and the food is always good. It’s also close to the Sanford Broadway Clinic, which is why we chose to stay at Brewhalla in the first place since we have a family member who has frequent appointments the Sanford Broadway Clinic. All in all, 10/10 would recommend!

This hotel clearly caters to local construction workers who need nightly or weekly stays. It's not for families looking for a fun place to stay. It's not for couples looking for a romantic, fancy, mid to upper scale accomadations. It's an inexpensive utility hotel. I clean, friendly, convenient place to lay your head down for the night, then head to Perkins for breakfast.
