“Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.”

“Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. “This stay was absolutely lovely!! Clean amenities, comfortable beds. Everything aside from a washing machine, that you could want on an overseas stay. The beds were comfortable, the hairdryer was actually a good one (for those ladies that have crazy hair like me) and the AC worked great!
