The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. "【改善してほしいところ】・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。【最高だったところ】・近くに西松屋やドラッグストアもあり、子ども連れだったがすぐに買い物に行けて、万が一何か忘れ物があってもなんとかなる！朝は歩いてすぐのパン屋さんに買いに行ける！割と近くにいろんな店があって良かった！・部屋もきれい、お風呂トイレもとても綺麗で気持ちよかった！・洗濯機を使えるところが安心！"

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options. A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car. Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well."

The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."
