The staff are amazing! We arrived very late and they made food for us and were so friendly. They took extra care to make sure that we were comfortable in our room. I'd definitely stay again!
Perfect location for taking a river cruise. Less than 5 minute walk to the quay. Close to restaurants and sightseeing in the old town. Room was small but perfect for our one night stay before boarding our river cruise. Restaurant was very nice, great breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like were the linen sheets and pillowcases, they were really rough and scratchy. If I stayed more than one night I would need different bedding. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.
Hotel is conveniently located, short walk from public parking area. Staff were welcoming, very helpful and attentive. Room small and a little cramped, but clean and well equipped with good shower room.
Waiting staff were excellent, very friendly, and careful to offer assistance with gluten free options.
The room was very clear and comfortable. It is conveniently located just inside the gate to central Arles, so a 5 minute walk from the train station and pretty much 15 minutes from every major location you might want to visit.
The breakfast was delicious. A great selection of food and coffee.
Overall an amazing hotel! I would highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience in Arles. Wonderful boutique hotel and a fabulous staff. Our travel partners had their luggage lost by the airline and they did all they could to get it delivered. Our flight was delayed over a day and they kept the light on for us. The attached bar and restaurant are lovely and breakfast is all you need.
This stay is a no brainer for visitors who are here to tour the village for a few days. The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and another five minutes of walking leads through the village to the Roman ruins. This hotel has high quality linens and tastefully designed rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The dining options are great with many light bites, hand made which is especially welcome when you’re hungry off the train.
Loved this place, the staff, and location. Need ice for knee pain and they were very helpful.
We were on the fifth floor, small high windows, great view of end of harbor festival and market area. Look at pictures carefully because lower floors have bigger windows.
