In one of the quietest areas, on the hillside of Los Cristianos, you will find this cosy and recently refurbished studio apartment. Very bright and with large windows to enjoy the gardens of the complex.It has a communal swimming pool and parking spaces.If you are looking for an ideal place to spend long stays, where you can work, it has high speed internet (209 Mbps) and a work area.The spaceThe flat has a fully equipped kitchen. With dining tableBathroom with shower, hairdryer.Washing machine, iron and ironing board.Double bedExtendable table to work with a view of the garden.Flat screen TV and sofa bed.With access to the communal swimming pool and pool bar.Services and common areasAccess to the whole complex is allowed. Entrance to the swimming pool is free of charge and daily rental of sun loungers and parasols is subject to a charge.In the pool area there is a bar-restaurant open from 9.00-23.00\. It offers lunch, snacks and dinner.Other highlightsThere are several restaurants and bars nearby and the Pasarela Shopping Centre.
