Everything can be done on foot if you wish. You are close to cultural events, tourist centers and Arras Golf. You are also 15 km from the Louvre Lens and 1 hour from the Opal Coast. The 140 m2 house with a capacity of 2 to 8 people, classified 4 \* is composed of: \- On the ground floor: a large living room, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, grill -bread, electric kettle ..., laundry (washing machine, table + iron). \- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathroom (shower, sink, WC) in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a 1.60m x 2m bed with slatted base and comfort mattress (all bedding is new), flat screen TV, wardrobe and storage unit. All bedrooms are fitted with shutters. The bathrooms are fitted with 90 x 90 glass showers, thermostatic mixer, sink with mixer tap placed on a 2-drawer storage unit, a towel radiator, a wall-hung toilet. \- On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 2 to 4 people including: o 1 single room for 2 people with a 1.60 mx 2 m bed with slatted base and comfort mattress (new bedding), o 1 living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2 people in 1.40 mx 1.90 m), wardrobe and storage unit. o A bathroom with 90 x 90 glass shower, thermostatic mixer, sink with mixer tap placed on a 2-drawer storage unit, a towel radiator, a toilet. \- A large very green garden with large furnished terrace, private parking. \- A deposit will be requested on your arrival and returned at the end of your stay ## 住宿服务设施 ### 互联网 - So close to the train station. Your hosts are near but allow you to have your holiday. We loved having our own suites (each bedroom had its own bathroom). Perfect for adults as well as families who need their children to go outside and run around a bit. The garden is perfect for that.
