The place is beautiful and areal offers an authentic New Mexico experience. The staff is warm and accomodating. We will return.

The property was about a 5 minute walk from Red River Ski area which was great!! Very convenient to the town, we could walk everywhere. Loved the hot tub! We were on the third floor so the stairs were a bit of a climb but I knew that ahead of time. Loved the fireplace. The recliners were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in, I want to buy them! The twin beds were very noisy when you turned in bed. The coffee cups were too small, more like teacups and we’re big coffee drinkers. I ended up buying a regular size cup. The condo was cozy and I loved the paintings on the walls. The pantry in the kitchen needs to have shelves installed, a lot of wasted space. The bureau in our bedroom had the owner’s Christmas decorations in it so we couldn’t use it. All in all, I would stay there again, maybe on a lower floor!

You can't beat the location. And they have entertaining activities each day for the kids, and a nice hot tub and pool.

Staff and support check-in was great. The room ran hot and hard to control temperature. Overall stay was very nice, safe, and awesome access to ski lift. Needs more restaurants or make a reservation each night.

The room was dark and needed better lighting. The light in the toilet/shower area was flickering, possibly a short or loose wire. We had to leave early and didn't have a chance to relay the flickering light issue to the staff. Also the 2nd floor railing outside our room #208 seemed wobbly and needed to be stabilized.
