All of it was clean!

I love this hotel and the location, but I just can’t get over that a hotel like this requires you to leave your room for coffee! Even cheap motels have a coffee maker in the rooms. I don’t want to go downstairs in my pajamas n front of The other guests but I also don’t want to get ready for the day yet! At least put a coffee maker on each floor if you are not going to put one in the rooms. This is the only thing I hate about this hotel.

I stayed here to catch a flight at hector airport for the following morning plus I thought it would be something cool to do. The room was great! super clean, crisp sheets and plenty of towels. décor was minimal and edgy, LOVED IT! door and elevator access is by pin through online check in. I was unfortunately late to get food but I was able to get some drinks which I was able to bring up to my hotel room and enjoy. The staff is so friendly, I left my scarf and gloves at the bar and they delivered them to my room. The only downside was a train that would pass every 20-30 mins which is annoying but it does come with the territory and clearly stated on their website FAQ and other rating if you read them.

At check in was asked if I needed a handicap accessible room and I said no, she changed it to a king bed and thought I was getting the suite like I paid for, in room it was a regular room not suite. The Hot tub was not working which is why I booked it and toilet would not flush.

Only 1 key card worked and only on the room, did not work at the pool. Other guests in the pool area also had issues with this. Hair was on the bed upon checkin. Breakfast was very limited.
