Only 1 complaint! We needed a shuttle from Dulles and called the hotel but got the run around and after the 4th call were told the service was over. We called before the deadline and we’re very disappointed because we had to take a taxi at a cost of $29. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Check-in was fast. Room was large and very clean. They should have an instruction card for the TV. Nice bar. Restaurant has a limited menu but the burger I ordered was very good. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and not very good.
