“We found the rental to be mostly clean and as described. Be aware if you travel in the summer that it can still be warm on the mountain, and this unit doesn’t have AC. It was very stuffy for us, even with fans. There is a stale smell, probably from lack of AC. There are several updates that need to be considered by the owner. The bed is very uncomfortable. The couch is broken (it was originally a pull out but had a note on the inside that said it was broken and not to use). It is sagging and not……

“Great views from the top of Sugar Mountain! We came for the Highland Games and it was a perfect location. Not to mention the temperature which was 20* cooler than where we live. Will definitely be back!”

“Cozy and clean! Perfect location for skiing. Just a short walk. Top level unit was beautiful to watch the sunrise over the trees. Electric fireplace was nice, you can adjust heat levels. LOVED that the lamps had charging connections built in. Bathroom has been updated. Lots of hooks for hanging stuff. We will definitely be back!”
