The hotel was clean and had decent amenities - except the pool. There is a curb around the pool that is not marked at all - to sign. no white or yellow paint, nothing. Unfortunately, I fell off this curb and broke my wrist and scraped up my knees. A gentleman at the pool helped me up and got me in a chair. He went and told the front desk. No one came out. After an hour, i went back to my room and my granddaughters went to the front desk to get bandages and a bag for ice. They told the front desk what happened. Still no one contacted me. Finally, I went to the front desk myself, was told someone would come talk to me - you guessed it...no one came. Four different people on three different occasions told the front desk and no one contacted me. That is a very unsafe area around the pool, someone got hurt and the hotel did nothing. Very disappointing.

Adorable little studio in a great neighborhood . Costumer service was great as well . I just wish if a fee for damage is going to be charged that it would be just added into the total at the time of booking I hate pop up additional charges when you are trying to plan a short getaway but otherwise now that I know I would book again with them .

"Booking site did not provide a place to provide phone number, was sent an email morning of my booking that they had went ahead and cancelled my booking. Called the facility and the general manager was incredibly unhelpful, and didn’t seem to understand why it would be upsetting to have the booking ..."

"The room had an odor that was very strong. The room was fairly clean, but very dated. There was not enough towels in the room or washcloths. The breakfast was virtually non existent.
