“This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. “Why is the rating so low? Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. In our messages, we were informed at the last moment that there was no BBQ at all. The host even suggested that we could bring our own barbecue, which clearly shows that the listing was misleading. “Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.”

“It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems.
