“Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays.”

“Staff was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and honest. My 7 year old grandson helping load up the truck opened his wallet to get room key. Not noticing that his money he was saving fell out and was in the grass. A few hours after we where headed back to ST Louis, he called us and said that he found some money by our room with an outside entrance. Reviewed his security camera and seen it fall out of grandsons wallet We made arrangement to get the $180.00 back. I return to……

“Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.”

“Excellent Room and nice quiet surroundings. The pool looked inviting but didn't get the opportunity to enjoy. I had only one thing come up - in the morning around 5 am, I smelled an unpleasant odor that came from - the kitchen, I believe or the exhaust. I could smell a mix of smells, and I just turned the fan on consistently and it seemed to be some better, but maybe an exhaust thing or a "new filter" needed? I really don't know. Please check out rm 105 at the time mentioned above.”

“It was a nice place to get away, not much around in the area to do, we drove around to nearby towns to see what they had. Would like to have a coffee bar all day!”

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”
