"The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. "The room was spotless, the room and bed comfortable. We had a fantastic patio with great views. The location is a short walk to the train station or in to the central of town. All the staff we welcoming, we enjoyed the breakfast offered as well as choosing to have dinner in the hotel, it was very good."

"Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money. "

"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"
