“The house was perfect! Kids loved that “we lived in a castle” (of course it’s just the outside wall of the castle, but they were young enough to believe the house was a castle). “There was some confusion with the check in, mostly due to a lack of knowledge on my part and our language barrier, but we figured it out. The property manager was trying their best to help me and was quick to respond!
