Ótima localização, poucos metros do shopping del Sol, ao lado do Mc Donalds, em uma das principais avenidas de Assuncion. Garagem coberta, quarto excelente e ainda possui um bar no rooftop muito bonito. Para viagem a negócio ou em casal, sem dúvida é uma ótima opção.
