“The property was well kept in a very safe location. The only downside was there were many ants that kept coming in. Besides that, I would recommend the place and I would stay again.”

“This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. Room had smart TV, wifi, AC, shower had water……

“The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. I would stay again. ”

“It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. “This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager).
