### An adorable Apartment in Athens

This cute little apartment is the right choice for 2 or 3 travelers that they want to visit Athens. The place is full equipped for all your needs!   
  
The apartment is a few blocks away from Sygrou road, near maternity hospitals, the Niarchos Foundation Center and the beach.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You have to climb a few stairs to reach the apartment. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.   
  
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.   
  
The whole place is fully air conditioned, added by a boiler and a solar panel which provides 24 hours hot water.   
  
The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks and public transport. The nearest beach is only 2 km away.   
  
Only 200 m away from the apartment , there are bus stations from where you can take a bus to the city center and reach it in less than 10 minutes, or the bus from the opposite direction to the beaches in southern suburbs.   
  
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony   
  
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.   
  
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.   
  
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request

#### Most horrible experience!

Hopefully VRBO will allow this help in form of review to get to other intending travelers. I initially just wanted to ignore doing this, but on another thought that my little witness about this rental place can save another traveler a whole lot of stress, discomfort, and ruined vacation, I decided to drop just a few comment. This is a first-hand experience at this rental place. Please take wisdom if you are considering dealing with this property owner! Here are my honest witnesses concerning him: He will initially send you a seemingly "warm" email just to evoke your confidence and spur you to make payment for the property. Be warned that that initial deceptive "welcoming" message will be the last "RESPECT, regard, and humane relationship" you will ever get from this property owner. He will cease responding to your messages, he will care less whether you are in "his" Country to enjoy holiday period, he will keep you stranded by imposing extra charges on you as soon as you arrive, he will start addressing you with disdainful words and expressions, he will not show up throughout your stay in the apartment and will keep you stranded when you are about to return his keys because he will not show up!!! Just to summarize the agonizing experience I had renting this place, I will simply say, if you are really out for a warm, enjoyable holiday experience, and you do not want your holiday to be ruined, do not allow yourself to be fooled by this mounted and polished pictures! You will be disappointed! Another advice I have is, try and check his listings very carefully before you make payment. My experience after paying was, a mandatory Check-in and Check-out time which is not indicated on his listing suddenly popped up after making payment. Upon arrival, this property owner stood me up due to this clause and I had to go and rent another hotel to stay in for 12 hours because he will not let me into the apartment but was insistent on his Check-in time being 3pm while my flight arrived at 12am (even though I still checked out of his apartment several hours earlier than his Check-out time). He intentionally refused me entry, yet there was no tenant in the property upon my arrival. Summarily, I will simply say connecting with this rental home owner was devastating! I will not encourage anybody to think his own experience will be better and later go through what I went through renting this property! This is an heartfelt, sincere warning to the wise!
