Well kept building on a quiet street near Plaka. Super safe, super quiet, super clean, comfortable, convenient to everything!!! Espresso maker, hot pot, and bathroom amenities all available. Communitcation was great and no need for front desk! Cute front sitting area inside of entrance. I can't say enough!

A wonderful choice in Plaka.

Phenominal hotel. The rooms and views are great. The staff is beyond helpful. Its on a very quiet street with soundproof windows. This is important because Plaka hotels can be very noisy outside. This gem is hidden away, but so close to all of the action in the area. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. This feature is another rarity in Athens hotels. Totally 1st class service. I'm in athens often and I cant wait to stay with them again. Many thanks:)

communication was great. we encountered a mishap once we arrived with the conditions of our room, it was promptly corrected but let us feeling a bit dissatisfied. walking distance from/to the main areas/locations. establishment states luggage can be stored, but it felt a bit sketchy leaving them on the bottom area of the building. no bathroom available if needed - to change -if arriving prior to checking in time

Excellent service and communication by the managers of the flat, excellent area (Plaka) next to everything. Easy for the family to go back and forth to all monuments. I will repeat it next time.

The location is amazing and clean, but the customer service is very very poor. There are no enough amenities available. The listing says it can accommodate up to four people, but that’s technically impossible unless it’s two couples. The bed is small, and the sofa is tiny and uncomfortable. If you’re siblings or friends, be prepared to squeeze into a small bed and sofa in a very uncomfortable sleeping setup.

We are vey happy to have chosen Master Plaka for our 4-night stay in Athens. It is in a super convenient location for sightseeing, dining and shopping. We walked to everywhere we wanted to see. Our Studio with Sofa Bed room looks brand new. It's very clean, offers more amenities than we had expected. The apartment is also very quiet. Check-in and Check-out is super easy. Master sent us info/instructions timely, and they responded quickly. We appreciate very much the modern laundry machines. Can we suggest that instructions in English be provided? That will be very helpful. The same could be said about the air conditioning control. We truely enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time!

Lovely apartment, non existent service. Stay clear

Lovely property in a central location recently refurbished. Arrived to find a clean apartment. However not enough towels were left for a family of 4. I had to chase the attendant the morning after who had no English or Greek communication skills for towels. We never saw anyone else at the property which was not clean nor had towels replaced for the entire duration. The service or lack of has let it down massively.

Dejlig lejlighed med perfekt placering til at udforske Athen. Vi kunne gå rundt til alt. Gaden var stille og tryg at komme hjem til om aftenen. Esta a unas calles de los lugares más emblemáticos de Atenas y aún así está en una calle tranquila y silenciosa. Es la ubicación perfecta para poder recorrer Atenas. Tiene elevador para subir a los departamentos que son superrrr espaciosos y que tienen absolutamente todo lo que necesitas.

Das Penthouse Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet, neu renoviert und sehr sauber und die Lage mitten in Plaka zentral und hervorragend. Die sehr schöne Süd-West Terrasse konnten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgrund der Bauarbeiten im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude nur eingeschränkt nutzen, weiterhin gab von circa 7-20h deutlich vernehmbare Lüftungs-/Ventilationsgeräusche (auch sonn- und feiertags) von den gegenüberliegenden Gebäuden, die bei Geräuschempfindlichkeit störend sein können.
