Affordable flat with a nice style and a huge library. The spacious balcony gives a great view of the sea and the beach.

The apartment was close to the beach - perfect for a stroll, paddle or swim. We enjoy running and the path next to the beach was ideal for a run along to the coast, or through the parks and marina areas. The coastal and city tram stops are close by providing good access to the city and beach areas. The 5 day travel pass at just over 8 euros is a bargain for travelling about on the trams, buses and the metro.The airport express bus also stops nearby. We found the apartment very spacious and comfortable.

This apartment has a lovely sea view from the balcony overlooking the marina. The tram line is close so you can easily spend your day in the city centre and your evening eating dinner by the sea.

The property is situated in Palaio Faliro and it is near a lot of amenities and public transport. The flat has great views to the sea and is it a stone throw away from the beach. Overall it is a great place to stay in; one issue; there is underground parking in the property but we were not allowed to use it. This was a bit of an inconvenience because we had to drive around to find a place to park.
