This unit is very centrally located within walking distance to Monasteraki Square and many other points of interest. The restaurant/bar downstairs is a very happening place with good drinks and food and live music most nights. If you’re sensitive to loud music/sounds to sleep and rest, this is not the place for you. I enjoyed stopping by there every night before turning in for drinks and dancing and sleeping with the music !

The location is great overall and the property is nice for the price. Make sure you are aware there is a bar next door which takes over the Street and closes at 2am. Which is pretty cool watching people dance on the street. We just stayed for one night had an early flight was not ideal.for us. After the bar closes people hang out even later. Not the properties fault but definitely effects your sleep.

If you're looking for accommodation that is walking distance from pretty much everything, this is your pick. Definitely a strategic stay. Exactly like the pictures, which was nice bevause I knew what to expect. Short walk from Monastiraki square. The building is located between restaurants and bars, therefore can be quite loud at night but nothing that earplugs can't fix. Bathroom was a bit small but made it work. We had a bigger suite, the 2 bathrooms made things a lot easier in the morning. Would definitely stay here again! Communication was great and Takis was very helpful with both arranging shuttle and recommending different ways to commute.

O quarto é ótimo, muito espaçoso, tem uma pequena cozinha, e a localização é das melhores possíveis. Há inúmeros restaurantes e bares na rua do hotel e nas outras ao redor, todos deliciosos, sendo possível provar um diferente a cada refeição e nunca repetir o lugar ou mesmo o prato. Além disso, todos os pontos turísticos mais importantes estão a uma distância curta, que se faz a pé com facilidade (Biblioteca de Adriano, Ágora de Atenas, Ágora Romana, Acrópole, diversos museus interessantes, e um pouco mais longe, mas ainda possível de chegar a pé, a Praça Syntagma, o Parlamento, o Templo de Zeus, o Estádio Panatenaico). Foi uma estadia excelente, e com certeza, voltando a Atenas, voltarei ao hotel.

Es una alojamiento agradable, tiene dos baños ( uno con regadera), una recámara no tenía aire acondicionado pero sí un ventilador. No tiene horno de microondas pero si de cocción. Tiene elevador, pero solo caben dos personas con maletas. Es una calle con bares y restaurantes que pueden llegar a causar más ruido del que quisieras. Las camas no son tan cómodas

Chambre était très bien. Emplacement très bien. Le seul hic vient du fait que la rue est très animée en soirée et on peut entendre de la musique et du bruit jusqu’à environ 2h du matin (nous avons séjourné un vendredi et un samedi soir). Je ne sais pas pour les autres soirs.

The staff was fantastic and the air conditioning was some of the best I've had in all of Europe! Some reviews complained of street noise at night and although it is present it did not keep us up and was well worth it for the location - UrbanStay is walking distance from any and everything you could want to do in Athens and we had a fantastic stay!

The room was clean, cleaned every other day. Despite the restaurants on the street, the windows were good and there were no odors. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which hadn't been cleaned – it started spewing out some strange stuff every time I turned it on. Due to the good quality/location/price ratio, I'll be looking for a place to stay next time.

The noise level in the area made it impossible to sleep. Sometimes the music went until 3:30AM. We went to Athens to explore which means being out all day touring around but when you only get a few hours sleep, made for tiring mornings. There were issues with the air conditioner and hot water but those issues were resolved. The main bathroom could use a good cleaning as there was mold on the ceiling and also on the floor of the shower. The size of the unit was perfect but would no recommend anyone staying there unless you love the sound of bongo drums at 2AM.

Absolutely fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay in Athens at UrbanStay. The hotel is in the center of activity. A plethora of restaurants are close by. It’s within easy walking distance to Plaka, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the famous flea market. If we’re ever in Athens again, we’ll choose UrbanStay.

specious clean in best location

very specious and clean apart in an amazing location. comfortable bed and a good team. when i needed something they responded very fast. they came nocking on the door to ask if i need anything in the apart. they even gave us toilette papers in a big quantity to accommodate us and left us cold water in the fridge which was very helpful after long travel. at the end they even arrange for our taxi very reliable on time. i thank you and definitely will come back

Before we arrived The travellers before us destroyed our room! But the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and well cared for. The room was beautiful the door lock fixed and the staff wonderful! Ensuring we had transfers to and from the airport, Maria the housekeeper and Evi our service representative were fabulous! Maria took extra good care of us daily and gave good advice! The only thing if you don't enjoy the night life there is a loud Cuban bar next door! Bring earplugs and you are just fine!

Die Appartements befinden sich auf einer Partymeile mit lauter Tavernen. Wir waren Freitag bis Sonntag da, und die extrem laute Musik schallt bis tief in die Nacht ins Zimmer. Danach werden noch die Stühle zusammen geschoben.... Erst ab ca. 3:15 nachts wurde es leiser. Von daher rate ich definitiv von der Übernachtung hier ab. Eine Unterkunft ohne passablen Schlaf ist nichts wert. Das Appartement war ansonsten okay, tlw. einfach, tlw. ganz nett renoviert, und zentral gelegen.

It is located on top of a busy street where bars are open late on weekends so needless to say, it isn't quiet. However, it was centrally located to many restaurants and Monastiraki area! The suite was secured and the lift was an added convenience! We had minor issues with water dripping from both AC units. Our room comfortably fit 7 of us with 1.5 baths.
