Staff were great, there's free parking and the room was clean and had air conditioning. A bit further out of Lille but close to the metro and the newly developed Gare Saint Saveur.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean and rooms are spacious. It has a perfect location, close to the Eurostar station and the walkable city. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Sevrine who always asked about our day and called us by our names. The breakfast is ample and there is a water dispenser that you can use any time. The hotel sends an email before your visit asking if you need any further information or assistance, this is a lovely touch which I have not experienced before.I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Staff great, breakfast really good and the location is perfect

Very convenient road trip breaker, which backs onto an airfield, with sky diving and gliding actively entertaining us whilst enjoying our beer on the terrace. Our room was so quiet and dark due to efficient drapes, that we slept in and nearly missed breakfast, which would have been a shame as it was good. A couple of restaurants and KFC within a few yards, we chose the excellent Au Bureau…. good quality and value, having eaten there elsewhere in France. Would certainly stay again!
