Introducing our brand new, modern townhouse located in the desirable neighborhood of Howick, Auckland, New Zealand. This 2-storey property boasts spacious and comfortable living, perfect for families or groups of friends.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen dining and living area that opens up to a sunny deck courtyard space, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The stylish minimal modern kitchen is perfect for hosting meals and gatherings.
