Very new, clean hotel, with a great staff. Morning paper, great breakfast and coffee
Easy on/off access to Interstate 20. Pets are welcome. Room and beds were comfortable.
We have relatives that live in Aiken. This is a great place to stay for it has a nice kitchenette in the room. This is the second time we have stayed there. Will stay every time we visit our relatives
Nice staff, clean rooms, expensive room service. Convenient location, no complimentary breakfast, food was ok.
It's was a nice place to stay, the room was clean and neat for the price.
Clean and comfortable. I did experience some problems with the WiFi, but the hotel staff were helpful in trying to address my issues.
Rooms were good . Check in Lady was excellant. Breakfast was good
The hotel was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The only complaint was that the shower wasn't working properly. I informed the staff at checkout, it was written down to be taken care of. They were very attentive.
Hotel is close to the highway. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean lobby and rooms
Staff was pleasant & friendly. Hotel is a little older, but clean. We were very comfortable. We live in town but our bathroom was being remodeled, it was a good choice.
Nice hotel. Close to downtown and to expressway.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
We weren't sure about our choice when we pulled up, but were presently surprised by the room renovations.
We stayed here for one night before we moved into a house we rented for the Masters. It was exactly what we thought it would be for the price and it was in an excellent location. Lacy at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It was close to all the fun restaurants and in walking distance ...
Easy access to most of Augusta, good food.
I arrived at the hotel with my mom and she has a bad hip so I asked to be placed downstairs but they didn't have any regular rooms available so they gave me the room that had a jacuzzi in it for the same price. The guy was really helpful at the front desk and considerate to us will definitely stay ...
We stayed here during the Masters, good location, the only problem was the carpet in the room was dirty. Otherwise, good pick and a good price.
Had a great stay for St. Patrick's Day! Food at hotel not very good. Steaks we sent back so tough we sent back
