This 1565 square feet home has four designer bedrooms, perfect for families, traveling friends, and business retreats.

Bedroom one features a King-size bed with stylish nightstands and a TV. Enjoy the views outside the house by the window. Bedroom one has a large private bathroom attached with a large shower and double sink.

The second room is a dedicated office space with queen over twin bunk and an extra twin bed.

The third bedroom offers a twin/twin day bed.

Finally, the fourth room is a garage conversion offering a king bed, couch and smart TV

After a long day exploring Downtown, come home and unwind in one of the two full bathrooms.

The first full bathroom has a walk-in shower with intricate tiles and wooden mirror frames.

The second bathroom has a stylish walk-in shower and a tub. There is also a mirrored vanity with two faucets.

We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

The dining room offers seating for six. There is another 4 top table located in the kitchen area.

Peacefully and Private! Guests have full access to over 3 acres including waterfront on bear creek. Numerous shopping and restaurants are just a few miles down the road in Belterra Shopping center. Spend the day shopping or touring the numerous wineries and breweries in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Wimberley. Downtown Austin is just 20 minutes away as well.

Plenty of parking in the driveway as well as under the car port. For larger, commercial vehicles there is a larger warehouse guest may use as well.

Enjoy the woods and creek at your own risk. Please be careful of rocks and cliffs.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
—No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.
—No parties, events, or large gatherings. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
