Cozy, Clean and Great Location

The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. And the space was lovely. The description was accurate. The boys loved the beds in the loft. I’ll be recommending this location to our friends and family that frequent Austin.

Perfection!

The house is charming! Beds were comfortable. AC was frosty, WiFi was fast. Water pressure was good, temp was nice and hot. It was everything we hoped for. Amazing rental!

This place was super cute and comfortable to stay in. The host was great and allowed us to check in a little before stated time as we arrived a bit earlier to town. The kitchenette is well-equipped, but this means there is no stove or sink (other than the bathroom). However

Nice location

We love staying in this neighborhood while visiting our daughter at UT. The area is great for a walk or run with restaurants close by. Short drive to UT. The house presents a cozy atmosphere with one bedroom and a loft over the kitchen/LR area. Host was very easy to communicate with and I had no problem extending our stay and adding a third family member. With those two changes, we realized that the house can be a tight fit for three adults and it would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchen. The house can sleep six people but it would be challenging.

Perfect!

We loved our stay ! The location was perfect, the hosts were lovely , and the house was adorable. As an added bonus the hosts provided a wonderful spread of teas , coffee, and snacks. Would definitely book again :)
