Welcome to Casa Tuya, a fully remodeled designer midcentury loft located just minutes away from S. Congress Avenue, downtown, Town Lake, Zilker Park, the airport, and so much more. It's super easy to get to, as it's right off two major highways; 290 and I-35. And it's an ideal spot for all the major festivals like ACL, SXSW & COTA, making it a super convenient location for your stay!

Welcome, couples and solo travelers! You'll love all the stylish design elements, attention to detail, and top-notch amenities this space has to offer. It's fully remodeled, spotless, and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a comfortable stay.

Cook up a storm in the open living/dining area while chatting with friends, and take a seat at the bar-top that seats 2. And if you're looking for some fun, intimate activities, there are plenty of couples' games to choose from.

After a day exploring Austin, kick back and relax in the private, fenced backyard with lounge chairs and side tables. And when it's time to hit the hay, you'll find a comfortable queen bed waiting for you in the bedroom. There's also a walk-in closet and a desk for working, as well as high-speed wifi. Enjoy your stay

Here are some important things to note:

- PET POLICY:
A- We allow a maximum of 1 pet unless otherwise discussed.
B- A $35 pet fee per night is required. Payment will be requested and includes the following:
1- A folding crate (36.5 x 23.25 x 24.75 inches. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding)
2- A bed
3- Waste bags
4- Leash
5- Food/ water bowls
6- Towels (please use the grey ones for your pet)
7- Treats
8- Dogs must be crated if you are away
9- There is a couch cover in the TV console if needed for your pet

- SMOKING:
Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of smoking will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

- SECURITY:
Security cameras are present around the exterior of the property.

- HOUSE RULES:
A- Please take your shoes off once you enter the loft.
B- Candles aren't allowed.
C- For stays that are 28 days or longer:
1- A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged (the difference will be requested through Airbnb)
2- Pet fee is $200
3- Background check and a lease might be required
