This house was amazing. It was perfect for my friend’s bachelorette in Austin. We had 12 people very comfortably staying there and could have easily had more people. The house was clean and well stocked. The back patio was great for hanging out and the pool was a perfect addition. The house was also a short walk or drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Could not recommend a house more.

Solid Spot for a Group/Bachelor Party
Place was great for a large group of 19, everyone had space and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute Uber from downtown Austin and in a decent area of town. Home had a little wear and tear, and the trees in the backyard left a lot of debris on the ground, but overall it was solid for a large group of guys with no issues. The speaker system in the house was nice as well. The weather was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was clutch. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much!

Do yourself a favor, book this property for you next Trip!
We can’t say enough about this property and our stay. This house has such an amazing location and so many amazing amenities for larger groups. ATX has so many amazing things to do outside of where you’re staying but this home keeps that energy and excitement going when you are back from exploring the town. 10 out of 10 hands down!

Great Location!!
We had 15 woman from the ages of 18 to 87 years old. It was my 60th and my daughters 40th birthday trip. Thad was very responsive all the time throughout the process. The home was very clean and was equipped with all the amenities. Pool was warm and we loved the firepit. It was nice to have 2 Refrigerators, plenty of beds and baths. Was easy to uber from airport and everywhere. We would stay again if the opportunity arose. Thank you, Nanci

Perfect house for weekend with friends
We had a group of 10 come to Austin for a bachelor party weekend. The house was comfortable, clean, and has great communal space. The location was also convenient for accessing all Austin has to offer. The host was also very responsive. I highly recommend this house and host!

Nice House but busy street
The house was nicely decorated and organized. The pool and backyard were great fun. Unfortunately the house is on a main road so front bedrooms are very noisy from traffic. If you want to entertain, there is not a lot of kitchen serving pieces like pitchers or serving bowls. Overall a good experience because the management was very receptive.

Fabulous getaway in Austin !
Exceptional house, location and amenities. Annette & Thad were very supportive and responded quickly to any questions. The back garden is an oasis with the outside TV, shaded patio area with ping pong table. corn hole game and the Pool is fabulous. The sun shines in the back garden all day long. Highly recommended rental !

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. Everyone enjoyed the home. Lots of space to spread out to sleep and lots of common space for gathering. Beds were super comfortable and pool was perfect for a day in.

Perfect house/location for bachelor parties or large groups
I cannot stress enough how amazing of a rental this was! To start, the house was the PERFECT size for our group of 13 guys. Everybody loved how comfy the beds were, the decor, the amenities (heated pool, fire pit, ping pong table), etc. The location was great as well, a short ride from downtown, major bar districts and plenty of restaurants. There's also a beer garden and convenience store within walking distance. Lastly, I have to give a huge thanks to Charley Turo who was the Concierge for the property. He made sure we had a great time, and made my life much easier when it came to planning the trip. Everything from stocking the house with food and drinks before we checked in, to picking up/delivering our catering for us one of the nights, Charley went out of his way to make it happen and was an extremely friendly guy. Big kudos to him! 10/10 would reccomend this property. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great For The Whole Family
What a great place. We enjoyed every part of this home. House itself was very spacious and a great layout. The pool, ping pong, darts were great for everyone. The outdoor fire pit was a huge bonus. Communication with Thad was great. We would definitely stay here again.
