Perfect Stay!

We had a total of 7 staying here, 4 adults and 3 teens. We were in town for the spring game, and to catch a baseball game as well, for the Longhorns. The place was very clean and spacious! We were within walking distance to the venues, and great eating as well!! I would highly recommend staying here. This will be the first place we look for when we come to Austin for a visit.

Amazing location - beautiful place!

We came in town for a concert at the Moody Center. This location was not only within great walking/scooter distance, but the condo was clean - well appointed - and comfortable. Add a hot tub or fire pit and it would be amazing. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great place near UT campus and the capital!

The convenience alone is worth the stay, but the house is well kept, clean and perfect for a family. The layout gave everyone some space in the evenings. Great communication with the host, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin that wants to stay nearby campus.

Great Experience

This VRBO was awesome. We stayed here for the Texas Rally for Life and it was very close to the Capitol. I felt safe too. Although the stove and bathroom weren't the cleanest but nothing to throw a fit about.

Widespread Panic in ATX

3 dudes had plenty of room and privacy. We attended 2 shows at the ACL Live to witness the best band in the entire world. WSMFP! Nice unit and good location in Austin.

Graduation

It was at a great location not far from where we were needing to go. The only thing we had issues with is that google maps took us to the wrong place and we had to use Apple Maps. It probably should be mentioned on the listing so others don’t get lost as we did.

Beware - canceled with no refund!

Have stayed at this property in the past with good experiences. Our travel plans changed and I canceled weeks before the allowed cancellation date and the property manager stopped responding and never issued a refund! Very unethical and disappointing! Had to go to my credit card company to fight the battle and get my money back.

Awesome in Austin

Great house just outside the city! Easy access to the to get there! However parking in the city was very expensive so the next time we would probably leave the car and Uber. The house was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. There’s a little coffee spot a block away! We appreciate the special touches from the host! Thanks for sharing your home!

Girls weekend

We came to town for a concert at the Moody Center and the location of this house was perfect. It was easy to get to and we were able to walk to and from the concert. The house was comfy! The only down side was the lacking water pressure and the upstairs shower not draining. There is a coffee shop, Mi Mundo Coffee house, just half a block that is a must for coffee lovers. Also try Bird Bird Biscuit.

Convenient Location to downtown ATX and UT

Property was nicely appointed and in a great location if you are going to be doing things in downtown ATX or on the UT campus. Several neighborhood restaurants and bars within walking distance. Had no internet (or TV) the entire 3-night stay. Host responded quickly to my emails on the matter, but despite promising it to be fixed on the second day, it was never resolved. Overall, the property was nice but could have been better.
