The lower level of the home boasts a game room equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, pool table, and other games, providing endless entertainment options. This level also grants access to an open-air porch, offering shade and fresh breezes while still giving you that close-to-nature feeling. It’s perfect for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings, though it’s intentionally open so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Texas Hill Country without a barrier in between.
Both full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The in-unit laundry, located on the bottom floor, ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure but note that we don`t have a fenced in area for them.

Parking is available in both the upper and lower driveways. The upper driveway has an electric vehicle charger available and offers a steep walk down some stairs, while the lower driveway requires climbing 61 steps but provides easier parking.
Accessing the home requires climbing a long flight of outdoor stairs that are steep and can be uneven in places. This is a common feature of lakefront properties, but it`s definitely a bit of a climb! Please consider this carefully if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. There isn`t much public transportation in the area, so you are best having a car available, but you can easily use any ride-sharing company like Lyft or Uber into downtown and back.
