“Excellent communication from host, new property with all the amenities you could possibly want, and farm setting with great views of surrounding area. The stars at night are spectacular. No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. Large cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville are an easy drive away. ”

“She canceled when we were 2 hours from the property in a holiday weekend leaving us no where to stay in the area. We were relocated by Vrbo to 2 hours away, ruining our trip. The owners excuse was “no natural gas”, however, common sense comes to play, there is a gauge in the tank where you can check This occurred only once I asked about the access code to the poeropty before we would lose signal in the mountains.
