"From the moment we arrived, it felt magical. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the trip together. The front desk staff were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep. The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!"

"They had great recommendations for tours. The only thing is if you struggle waking you might have difficulty getting to your room. Ours required stairs which wasn't an issue for us. "

"Clean Room/ Friendly Staff/ Food is beyond words. I am a Canadian and Vegetarian ( little bit tough to satisfy my eating habits) but the kitchen at Kayakapi is outstanding. "Throughly enjoyed our stay….. hotel was in a great location. We stayed in the family suite and had a jacuzzi in the room. Felt very welcomed from the minute we stepped into the hotel reception. Hotel staff were very helpful and met all needs in a timely manner. There was a good selection of things to have for breakfast… would highly recommend!! Thanks for making our stay so memorable."

"Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC."
