We loved staying in this very clean, modern, beautiful, and cozy property. Excellent treatment from Claudia and Pedro who were very kind in receiving and giving us tips for restaurants and attractions, they provided us with a map which they explained so we can be able to walk around in the town, which by the way is possible to walk anywhere without having to use the car, great location. We recommend this place to stay and on our next visit, we will be staying again.

Look no further! This property is perfect in every way. Location is right in the heart of everything you could possibly want. The owners are very attentive and kind. Any questions? And they answer right away. The canal ride is fun. Costa Nova is an easy bus ride and there is the porceline factory in Vista Alegra that is worth the taxi ride. Book your room today. Perfect.

More than exquisite

Our communication with the hostess was very enjoyable. We got all the information we could dream of and more. Upon our departure she even contacted us in order to drive us to the station. Claudia is really an incarnation of Portuguese hospitality and friendliness. Then the room was really very nice. Everything new and most tasteful. It should have considerably more than 5 stars. Lastly the location is as central as can be. Aveiro's charms right at hand.

First, the owners are fabulously communicative and helpful. Second, the property is almost brand new and is immaculate. It has everything you need to do moderate self catering. The area is central to everything and Aveiro is a very walkable city. We walked 4.5 miles the first day and hardly noticed. The public garden-10 minute walk from the property-are a must see. There are numerous restaurants within 2-6 minutes walks. There are also 3 very nice shops around the corner selling local arts and crafts. Indulge in a pastel bacalhau around the corner and visit the top patisserie also less than a minute away. We highly recommend this property for short or long stays.

The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. Claudia e o Pedro foram excelentes anfitriões e muito prestáveis em tudo. Reservei através da Expedia e recebi uma vantagem por ser membro. Também recebi um upgrade para um andar superior, o que foi um gesto agradável. Definitivamente recomendaria este lugar em Aveiro. Pedro and Claudia are amazing and attentive hosts. The property is modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right across from the river and close to the hest shopping, restaurants and Averio's best places of interest. Werkelijk verbluffend goed gebouwd en ingericht appartement in het centrum op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. De volledig ingerichte keuken, de vele kastruimte, echt álles was áf. Geschikt voor een kort verbijf, maar zeker ook voor een lang verblijf in Aveiro. We hebben genóten van dit juweeltje.

Our stay here in Aveiro was great. The room was amazing. Equipped to stay for weeks. The kitchen had everything you could want. The room was very modern and had a great view. Only downside is that you are right above a main road. The first night was very quiet but the second had a lot of motorcycles. I would definitely stay her again. It’s a beautiful room. In great location.

This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!
