“荷物を運ぶ為、エレベーターがあるのを前提に探し、エレベーター自体は一応あった。しかしせっかくエレベーターがあるのに、エレベーターまだ1階分くらいの階段があった。それが非常に大変だった事とエレベーター自体が非常に狭く、何度も往復を強いられた。 そこら辺の細かい情報がなかった事と、ベランダのイス等が古く汚かった為，せっかくのベランダを使わなかった。 部屋も少し汚かったので全体的にもっと綺麗にしてくれていれば、星5だったのだが、残念だった。”

“基本上似民宿多一些不是酒店，地點很方便樓下就有超市，從機場坐巴士20分鐘到樓下，但房間整潔度很一般因為感覺很陳舊，地板破爛，洗手間的門較損壞了但沒有維修所以門根本關不上，每次洗澡洗手沖廁所都會聽到有水泵的噪音非常響，令人十分困擾，我真的懷疑Hotels.com居然能夠有9分的真實性”

“Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. Would have been 5* with smoother check in”

“Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. After reading some of the previous reviews, our experience was actually better than expected. The room was not very large, but it was clean, tidy, and perfectly suitable if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay. The property is a bit outside the city centre and close to the airport, so you can hear planes flying overhead. For us, this wasn't an issue at all. We simply closed the windows, and after a full day of sightseeing, we slept……

I requested an additional towel on day 1 and was told that they would deliver one as soon as possible.
