“The views from the condo balcony are amazing. This was our first time skiing and snowboarding, and we were pleased with the closeness of the condo to the ski resort and to Banner Elk and its restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were a welcome feature after the daytime activities. ”

“Super happy with this lodging for price, location and amenities. We brought groceries and didn’t even start our vehicle for the 4 nights we stayed here. The ski resort is a 6-7 minute walk. The pool, hot tub and gym kept us from getting “cabin fever” on the bad weather day. Family games and movies kept us occupied while hanging out in this unit. The sliding glass door does not lock and the blow up mattress has a slow leak. But Mike, the owner, is super accessible and I’m sure he will have these...

“Parking was not sufficient for 2 vehicles and caused issues with other tenants. Heat in the unit was inadequate. Hot water ran out quickly. Additional blankets to be avail. would have been helpful. Location was perfect along with the views. ”
