"This cozy and comfortable mountain house served as a wonderful base for our mountain hiking trip. Conveniently located near the Blue Ridge Parkway and Linville Falls area, we were just a short ride away from amazing hikes and views.The owner was exceptionally helpful with suggestions and information. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house has all the comforts you would want - outdoor fireplace and grill, spa, and comfortable furnishings both in and out.Additionally, we were a short ride from Banner Elk and Blowing Rock for some excellent food, treats, and shopping. A trip definitely worth making again. We look forward to another visit here soon! "

This homeowner is most generous in bringing a feeling of comfort and warmth to this home with comfortable furniture and touches of decor niceties. I have never been in a VRBO rental where the owners kitchen had everything and more a family needs to make their meals. I always bring dishes, utensils and cookware with me when we go on vacation because most rentals have very little or they have old cookware. I am most grateful to this home owner for giving to me and my family a wonderful stay! Of course, the view, and the deck is also above and beyond what we expected.
