“I arrived about 9 pm. The temp was 70, with 71% humidity. I set the thermostat to 65. After 10 min, the sytem kicked off. I contacted the owner. He said to close the blinds & give the thermostat time to communicate with the A/C. Ten min had already passed. The temp had gone up & the humidity was now 76%. By 10 pm, it was clear the situation wasn't improving. I let the owner know & made other plans. The next day at 2:30, the temp was 67, BUT the humidity was 80%. I stayed 20+ min. The temp rose……

“Nice little house and quiet neighborhood… But be careful on the front steps and stoop. They are slanted and have uneven ridges. Shoes can easily catch and you WILL trip and fall (we did). Also check in availability is late (5 PM). If you want earlier or at least 3 PM (which is the industry standard), you have to pay an extra 25 for every earlier hour that you need. Take this in consideration if you are in town for an evening event you will be rushing to. ”
