“Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. “Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge.
