Overall, the property itself is lovely and offers good amenities, but several aspects of our stay fell short, especially considering the price point.
Cleanliness was a noticeable issue upon arrival: the floors had clearly not been properly hoovered or mopped and were quite dusty, and we found dirty dishes put away in the cupboards.
The sleeping arrangements were also disappointing. The sofa bed in our flat was broken and unusable. Furthermore, it wasn't made clear beforehand that guests must request to use the sofa bed in advance, so no bedding was provided for it. A word of advice to future guests: bring extra towels and bedding just in case, as any additional linens come with an extra charge.
Customer service felt rather hands-off. Staff simply pointed us toward the information binder in the flat rather than offering direct, helpful assistance for some of the key details, such as where to drop of garbage on the day of departure.
Given the rates charged, the overall value for money wasn't quite there. With better attention to housekeeping, functional furniture, and more proactive guest communication, it could be a great stay, but it certainly could do with improvement.
