This spacious getaway spot offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, and beach access less than 100 yards away. The fun does not stop after a day at the beach… enjoy the private pool, and hot tub, or unwind on the sundecks to watch the ocean waves. Centrally located, you're within 2 miles of sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, art galleries, museums, and the Avon Fishing Pier. Don't forget your 4-legged family member! Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private pool, outdoor shower, carport, driveway for up to 5 vehicles, fish cleaning station, and grill. As you enter the home from the dry carport entry, you are greeted by the fully loaded game room with a convenient half bathroom. The game room boasts a pool table, dart board, foosball, cable TV, and wine cooler. Bedroom #1 is on this level, furnished with 2 Twin Bunk Beds… perfect for the little ones in your group! Access to the private saltwater pool area is directly off the game room. Mid Level: You will find 3 spacious ocean-facing bedrooms, each with cable TV and direct access to the covered ocean-facing deck with a hot tub and swing. Bedroom #2 is furnished with Two Twin Beds & Bedroom #3 is equipped with a Queen Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a spacious full bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #4 is a King Bedroom with an ensuite private full bathroom. The laundry area is also located on this level. Top Level: You are greeted by ocean views in all corners of the great room through the expansive ocean-facing windows. The great room boasts cathedral ceilings, plenty of seating for the entire family, and access to south and east-facing sun decks. The chef's kitchen is equipped with all the cookware you might need to prepare your favorite meal, expansive granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats 4\. With two separate dining areas, there is seating for 12 so the entire family can enjoy a meal together at the end of a busy day. Bedroom #5 is located off the great room with a King Bed and spacious attached full bathroom. A half bath is located on this level as well. Extras: Private pool, hot tub, shared tennis courts, 5 flat-screen cable TVs, WiFi, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, grill, outdoor shower, deck furniture, fish cleaning table, pool table, and foosball. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to beach access: 300 feet. Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Set of Twin Bunk Beds, 2 Twins. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-in Location: At the Property. PRIVATE POOL is open from April until Mid October Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub. Property is a Brindley Beach property, a company I will never deal with again due to their deceptive business practices. After booking & paying for the trip & trip insurance through Vrbo, Brindley contacted me directly requesting my payment. Confused, I checked my card and saw that 1 of the 2 Vrbo pending charges was gone; the other smaller one posted. The Brindley agent said that my card would not go through for some reason & I needed to pay them directly after signing the lease. She did not respond to my mention of strangeness that I had plenty of remaining credit & the trip insurance fee cleared. I signed the lease; paid the deposit including a dog fee that was not mentioned on the Vrbo site. After paying Brindley the final deposit, I realized I had not received any info about my trip insurance. After several phone calls with Vrbo & Brindley, I discovered Brindley cancelled my 1st deposit because they do NOT accept payments thru Vrbo, my trip insurance was also cancelled, AND that the posted Vrbo charge was Vrbo's booking fee! (A fee I could have avoided had I booked directly through Brindley.) I was also told that I should have purchased trip insurance through Brindley - I would have done so had I known mine thru Vrbo was actually cancelled - but it was too late now because I had already paid in full. Beautiful views, great neighborhood and right next to the beach access. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies and appliances which made meal prep easy. A few big disappointments are the beds are very cheap and you can feel springs/ coils and very loud when moving. The only couch in the house has a sheet of plywood installed directly under the cushions. This makes for a very uncomfortable and hard seat. This limits comfortable seating to the kitchen chairs or bar seating. The first floor is so badly rotting out that there are plywood planks screwed down to cover holes. There are numerous soft spots in the floor that flex very badly. We loved being right across from the beach access. But the house itself could have been cleaner. Also disappointed in level of upkeep. Above ground pool has old decking. Splintered in places. So much so that one of the children injured her foot. Flooring on lower level has soft spots. Screens on sliders off one of the rooms has holes in it. Excellent house and location. Everything was very clean. Curtain rod pulled out of the wall when I pushed the curtains open but not a big deal. Pool and hot tub were excellent. The house is in a perfect location, one row away from the beach, decent view, and 5 minutes from the grocery store. Beach access is right across the street! The house itself is definitely dated. The furniture has seen pretty extensive wear and tear with stains on seat cushions, uncomfortable saggy couch, a grill with a broken igniter switch, light switches coming off the brick, and a very very finicky dishwasher that required several tries to use and two notes on the refrigerator to explain how to get it to work (please replace!). Conversely, the house DID have a bunch of kitchen gear - blender, new toaster, slow cooker, serving dishes. The hot tub was perfect and the pool's heater was broken, so we didn't get to use it as much as we would have liked. Last, I don't know if it was the time of year, but we had a major fly infestation. We bought a fly swatter and left it at the house - don't know what the deal was, but the management company wasn't too concerned and it was a pain to swat flies away from our food.
