The hotel is really impressive , high ceilings, gorgeous art work , statues , plants cushions and sofas to chill all around. Rooms are impressively big and spacious . Everywhere was extremely clean , & the multiple pools , were of a high standard giving the outdoor area a real high end feel , with lots of privacy if wanted . The staff are very attentive , the drinks are not of a high standard and the food can be hit and miss’s … but lots of variety and fresh . Overall a very chilled chic atmosphere , my only recommendation is to have some pool side snack options and a higher standard of drinks / cocktails . Also felt very safe . Would return again .

The hotel itself is well presented from outside. Pool area is quite nice and big. Rooms are a different story. The Ac doesnt work properly.. The washroom drain smells. And the water in the shower is lukwarm. When you bring this to their attention at reception they claim that everything is fine and thats how it should be. It should not! To be a better resort they need to sort this out. Customer service is very poor and towels are very old and worn. Food is not upto standards. Breakfast is mediocre. Lunch and dinner is more like recycled food. Dishes are not enough so you seem to wait hours for plates and glasses.. Drinks are not included on full board so beware. The prices for drinks are really expensive. While there is plenty of food choices there is no taste or flavour rverything seems just put together and repetative. Access to the beach is a good 15 minute walk. Overall the hotel is a 3*. Price paid is not moneys worth. Most staff also do not speak English. This is a problem as most tourists that were staying in this hotel came from the Uk. A credit to the people who were entertaining. They are an asset to the hotel, especially Ussamah.
